Immediately below the house, a swimming and sunbathing area has been created on the rocks, and Kaminaki’s pebble beach, tavernas and car park are accessed from this delightful hideaway via a flight of steps, a surfaced footpath and a short stroll along the pebble beach.

The villa itself has a lovely sitting room, furnished in white with elegant simplicity, which opens out to a paved dining terrace. The expansive terraces are perfectly placed for long leisurely lunches, with an awning for shade and the blue of the bay as a beautiful backdrop; this is adjacent to an al fresco ‘sitting room’, catching sea breezes and cooled by the dappled shade of mature trees. Kaminaki House has three charming bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and exudes an air of undisturbed idling which could be enhanced with (pre-bookable) cook service.

This villa is particularly good value if you are happy not to have a swimming pool.

Rock swimming below the villa or from Kaminaki beach (with a taverna) which is a 5 minute walk. Krouzeri beach is 500m away along the coastal path. Shops, restaurants and water sports 2km away in Nissaki.
