Villa Premia is a lovely house with a heatable pool, surrounded by mature gardens, located in the heart of a secure estate, only 20 minutes from the centre of the Pink City. The villa, set in the exclusive Palmeraie area,
can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children.

With both comfortable seating and al fresco dining on the villa's wrap-around terrace, plus a shaded garden gazebo, the villa is well set up for enjoying indoor / outdoor living. Inside, there's a spacious open-plan living / dining space with tall french windows leading out to a the terrace and swimming pool, and a contemporary kitchen. The ground floor also has two ensuite double bedrooms, both with dressing rooms and one with an additional living area and TV. The first floor also has two ensuite double bedrooms, both with dressing rooms. The roof terrace provides spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains.
The private gardens span 2,000 m², in the heart of a private estate.
