Ground Floor: spacious open plan living / dining / kitchen area, opening out on to the pool terrace with a bar, stone built barbecue and al fresco dining area - perfect for enjoying refreshments beside the pool in the day and aligned to make the most of the evening sun looking out across the bay. Ground floor also has a double bedroom, with en suite, leading out to the terrace. The villa is air-conditioned throughout. First Floor: two bright and airy en suite double bedrooms, and an en suite twin bedroom; all with sea view balconies. Lower Ground Floor: set over three levels Villa Kalamar has an independent studio on the lower ground floor with double bedroom and large shower room.

Private swimming pool 8.5m x 5m (1.4m deep), BBQ, al fresco dining, bar and fridge, sun loungers.
Kitchen has American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven. For entertainment, there's wifi, TV with English speaking HD satellite channels, CD and DVD players. Villa also has washing machine, cot, high chair and hairdryers in all bedrooms. Air-conditioning throughout.
Villa Rental Includes
Maid service (4 hours twice each week), linen and towel change on departure day. Pre-arrival groceries and wine can be arranged at a charge, as can a cook service for a super-relaxing holiday.
