Leading Majorcan architect Antoni Esteva has created rooms with their own individual style, while incorporating his hallmark palette of muted neutral shades, white walls and wooden floors. The 37 rooms, all with private terraces or balconies, include two duplex and five terrace suites.
In rooms: flatscreen TV, free wifi, minibar, bottled water and L'Occitane bath products.
Activities & Experiences
Fontsanta’s spa makes much of the thermal waters that spring from underground aquifers at a balmy 38ºC. They’re a mineral-rich cocktail of sodium and chlorine salts magnesium, calcium, sulphur, potassium and more. As well as the hot springs, the spa has three treatment rooms, a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym.
In the grounds there are two large swimming pools and four whirlpools, some squirrelled away in the trees along with sun loungers. The short walk to Es Trenc beach takes guests along a private path to Es Refugi, an exclusive facility in the forest that offers showers, toilets, snacks and direct access to the popular beach with its fine white sand.
If you wish to explore further afield, the hotel has bikes available for hire.
Facilities & Services
Good health and nutrition are key to the dining experience at Fontsanta Restaurant, which is housed in a separate building with a large terraced area. Contemporary interiors, exposed stone walls and soft lighting create a peaceful environment in this open-plan space, which also includes a bar and lounge. The hotel’s chef serves up exquisite Mediterranean creations using fresh ingredients sourced from local markets.
Weather & Seasons
Mallorca is a year-round destination and probably best in late Spring and early Autumn. During the summer (June through to September) there's very little rain and daytime temperatures average around 27°C, and it gets a few degrees warmer in July and August.
