The 15 fabulously luxurious tents blend seamlessly into the surrounding environment and are designed as an open space with a large outdoor deck. Furnishings are handcrafted in styles reminiscent of 19th century expeditions, right down to the hand-hammered copper bathtubs. A new addition is the Explorer's Lodge, a new two bedroom lodge with a spacious deck and outdoor pool, ideal for families.

The camp is perfect for active adults seeking once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Excursions are numerous and include mahout training with the camp’s own elephants, Mekong River trips, hill tribe visits, jungle trekking, nature walks, talks on local history and culture, bird watching, fishing, cooking classes and craft classes.
Facilities & Services
Four Seasons Tented Camp has one restaurant where guests can chose to eat together 'safari style' or dine separately. Dining experiences can change from day to day, there may be a picnic lunch set up on one day or a barbecue under the stars for dinner. There is a bar, wine cellar, two open air salas for spa treatments (each guest has one complimentary treatment) and a freeform swimming pool.
Weather & Seasons
The best time to visit Chiang Rai is between October and April. The cooler months of November to January are ideal if you don't like it too hot, with average daytime temperatures slightly below 30°C.
