Located close to Sardinia's south west coast, this fabulous multi-family villa is peacefully secluded, yet just a 15 minute stroll or short cycle ride to the enormous Portixeddu beach, with beds, brollies and boat trips from the little harbour. Beach Villa has large lawned gardens, a 15m infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers, an excellent barbecue set up (with prep area, spit roast, tap and sink) and a lovely shaded al fresco dining table. The villa’s interiors are contemporary, spacious, colourful and uncluttered, with a modern kitchen opening on to a covered terrace, and an airy living room (with huge picture window mountain views) leading
out to a sundowner terrace.

Ground floor: entrance hall, sitting room with dining area opening to covered dining terrace and a modern kitchen opening to a side terrace. There are also 3 bedrooms: double (super king) bedroom with shower room en suite opening to gardens, double (super king) bedroom with shower room en suite, twin bedroom, shower room.
First floor: double (super king) bedroom with shower room en suite, two twin bedrooms (one of which can be a double), bathroom with overhead shower, reading room with TV opening to balcony.
Lower floor: double (super king) bedroom opening out to gardens with private outside shower, bunk bedroom (full size beds, 2 porthole windows), bathroom, games room, cloakroom, utility room.
Facilities
Private infinity pool 15m x 5m, 1.4m deep, built-in barbecue with preparation area, sink, spit roast and covered seating, selection of bikes (plus high end Canyon road bikes can be hired and delivered to the villa), table tennis, selection of wet suits and 2 outside hot water showers.
Washing machine, 2 dishwashers, WiFi, TV for watching DVDs only, iPod dock in living room and games room, insect screens and fans and air-conditioning in all bedrooms, hairdryers in each bedroom.
Villa Rental Includes
Welcome provisions, air-conditioning, and maid service for up to 2 hours, 4 days per week (including changeover day).
Cook service available on request, at an extra charge.
Neighbourhood
Nearest restaurant is 400m and the nearest beach is 15 minute walk, with fruit, vegetable and local produce stalls en route to the beach
during the summer. At the beach boat trips are available. Portixeddu is 1.5km away with with another restaurant and a dozen little shops. Fluminimaggiore is 9km away with all amenities and a hospital.
Weather & Seasons
Sardinia has a lovely Mediterranean climate with glorious weather from May through to September. July and August offer the best opportunities for beach lovers, when the sea temperatures average 28C.

Fly to Cagliari, followed by an 80km drive.
