Llafranc Beach House is located on the footpath that runs from Llafranc to Calella de Palafrugell, in an area that's considered by many to be one of the most beautiful and charming locations on the Costa Brava. With direct beach access, the property has spectacular views of the sea and the pretty little harbour of Llafranc. This charming beach house is in easy walking distance of numerous shops, bars and restaurants.

GROUND FLOOR
Contemporary open-plan living space with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen (hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer), and sitting room - all leading out to a spacious terrace (with al fresco dining table and sun loungers) and fantastic beach and sea views. There's also a double bedroom suite with shower, a twin bedroom and a shower room.

Attic studio with 2 sofa beds and a TV.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR
2 double bedroom suites with shower rooms ensuite, both with sea views and one with a terrace.
Also on the lower floor, there's a small jetty with direct access to Llafranc beach, reached via a private gate (with code access).
A garage for 2 cars is located 200m from the house.

Sun loungers, terrace seating, BBQ, alfresco dining. Fully equipped kitchen. For entertainment, there's satellite TV and wifi. Private garage. Air conditioning.

Bed linens, towels, electricity. Compulsory house cleaning charge at end of stay of €250.
