From the main terrace, a pathway and some steps lead down through the gardens to a barbecue area and then further steps lead down to the pool terrace. From the pool area stone steps lead to a WC, shower, and the sea - from a ladder on the rock platform or from steps cut into the rock. The villa is in an exclusive and quiet residential area, with a couple of informal restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance and further restaurants, cafés and bars a little further afield, and all the amenities of Alcudia are a 10 minute drive away.  Adjacent to the property is the protected area of the Victoria peninsula, a nature reserve of dramatic scenery with pine trees, clear water bays and wildlife.
