This unique stone villa has several beaches within its immediate vicinity and yet is just 3km from Dubrovnik's historic Old Town. The villa's inviting swimming pool is ideal for keeping cool during Dubrovnik's warm summer months and lies partly in the shade of soaring palm trees, as does the outdoor dining terrace. There's also a shaded comfy seating area next to the swimming pool, and plenty of sun loungers.
Accommodation
The property is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there's a dining room, living room (with fireplace), reception room, modern kitchen and WC. On the first floor are the two master bedrooms that both have ensuite bathrooms, whilst the attic floor has three more bedrooms (two doubles and one single) and a large bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by well maintained gardens and terraces. The options allow guests to enjoy breakfast on the main front terrace in the sun, lunch around the pool area and a party on the large back terrace in the evening.
