Perfectly planned for outdoor living, the villa is set in one hectare of mature landscaped gardens with furnished terraces and a large private heatable pool with adjacent dining area and pool house. The contemporary open-plan living and dining space with high ceilings, connects to the large kitchen that opens to the al fresco dining terrace. The cook, with assistance from the team of villa staff, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Local concierge service is also included for excursions to the Atlas Mountains and trips in to the Medina.

Villa essentials include air-conditioning throughout, fireplace, hair dryer and aafe.
Villa Rental Includes
The non-resident Villa Manager will greet you on arrival and be available for any assistance during your stay. Staff of 3 at the property 7 days per week between 0800 hrs - 2200 hrs. Cook service 3 meals per day 7 day(s) per week - guests just pay locally against shopping receipts.
Also included is a local concierge service.

Weather & Seasons
Marrakech is best avoided during the peak summer months of July and August - it's simply too hot! But for the rest of the year you can expect it to be warm and sunny. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.
Getting Here
Flying time from UK to Marrakech is 3 hours, followed by a 25 minute transfer to the villa. We can organise flights, transfers / car hire for you.
