With beautiful sea views from the villa and the expansive pool terrace, this contemporary property is an excellent choice for groups of friends and family. Cleverly planned for indoor/outdoor living, the spacious sitting room and stylish dining room are complemented by an outdoor sitting area and shaded al fresco dining table, a BBQ and outdoor music system. The private 10m pool is chlorine-free, with poolside sun-loungers ideally positioned to enjoy the fabulous coastal views.
Accommodation
Ground floor: Entrance hall, cloakroom, contemporary and well-equipped kitchen, and an open plan living / dining room with a large area for sofas and the dining table (opening on to the al fresco dining terrace), a separate library area, and another sitting area which has doors out on to the terrace. First floor: two double bedrooms with king sized beds and en suite shower rooms, a further double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin/double bedroom with shower room en suite. Annex: double bedroom and twin bedroom, both with shower room en suite. Each of the annex rooms has a separate access from outside and is a floor below the living area.

Private swimming pool 10.5m x 5m (1m to 1.5m deep), pool towels, sun-longers, comfy outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining area, BBQ.
Kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine. For entertainment, there's wifi, satellite TV, CD and DVD player, iPod dock and outdoor music system. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
Villa Rental Includes
Welcome provisions on arrival and maid service (for 6 hours on two days per week), and mid-week linen change. Pre-arrival groceries and wine can be arranged at a charge, as can a cook service.

Kaş is 4km away with banks, shops, restaurants, boat trips, lycian theatre and ruins (easily accessible by bus or taxi). Platform with steps into sea 500m; pebbly beach 3km and a wider variety of shingle and sandy beaches 10km. 30km from Kalkan and 155km from Dalaman airport.

May and October on Turkey's south coast enjoys highs of 24°C, whilst July and August have highs of 32°C and balmy lows of 18°C.
