In an excellent location with magnificent sea views, and close to some gorgeous Tuscan beaches, this pretty country villa with a separate annexe is perfect for two families or a group of friends who wish to holiday together but retain some independence.

Accommodation

The accommodation in the main house is all on one floor, with a rustic style kitchen and breakfast room leading through to a light and airy living/dining area. There are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a further double and single room with en suite shower rooms. The main house also has a cloakroom and utility room. In the garden annexe beneath the pool area, there's a small kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and two further double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a pretty garden with an enticing free-form private pool set in a terrace with wonderful sea views. The pool is overlooked by shady terraces furnished for outdoor living, with an al fresco dining area perfect for meals served straight from the BBQ or pizza oven from the outdoor kitchen.

Private swimming pool 18m x 5m (0.5m - 2m deep), pool house with shower room, BBQ, pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, al fresco dining. Main house with open-plan kitchen / dining / living space. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave. For entertainment there's wifi, Sky TV, iPod dock, DVD player and CD player. Villa essentials include washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, bathroom amenities. Cot and high chair available on request. Air-conditioning throughout.
