Private heated 20m x 8m swimming pool, pool towels, 20 sun loungers, 10 parasols. The pool house has a shower and WC, table tennis table, table football, and a sheltered outdoor dining room, open to the swimming pool.

Kitchen has fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, and coffee machine. For entertainment, there's wifi, a piano and a selection of books.

Villa Rental Includes

All staff: steward, a cook, a butler and a gardener - all accommodated on site.

Breakfast is included, and the cook will shop for food / beverages for lunch and dinner. Cost upon receipts payable locally.
Housekeepers take care of the premises every day.

Neighbourhood

Essaouira is 10km away. It's a delightful 18th century seaside town with a series of vast sandy beaches backed by sand dunes. The town’s main square is filled with cafes and meandering walkways lead to the souk (market).

The beaches in Essaouira are vast and the coast here offers lots of fun: surfing, kite surfing, wind surfing, horse riding and quad bikes.

There are also a selection of well regarded golf courses.

Weather & Seasons

Spring (March to May) is pleasantly warm and sunny, and the landscape is lush and green. During the summer months the heat is tempered by the Atlantic breeze, making Essaouira an excellent - if unlikely - summer destination. Autumn (mid Sept to mid Nov) is also lovely, but the countryside tends to look parched.

Getting Here

Most visitors arrive via Marrakech’s Menara Airport, which you can reach from various airports in the UK with British Airways and Easyjet. Direct flights from London Gatwick take 3 hours 45 minutes. The drive from Marrakech takes 2 hours 30 minutes. Alternatively, there are direct flights with Royal Air Maroc from Paris Orly to Essaouira.
