Elegantly designed in a modern, Pharaonic inspired lounge style and serving gourmet cuisine, the luxury Nile Adventurer provides guests with a relaxing, informative and intimate cruising experience on the magnificent Nile River. The sun deck, with its bamboo seats, teak floors and enticing swimming pool, is a lovely place to enjoy a cocktail as you glide past the ancient landscapes of Upper Egypt.

Accommodation

All 32 cabins and suites offer panoramic windows, air-conditioning and private bathrooms with bathtub and shower, hairdryer, satellite TV (plus in-house movies), CD player, direct dial international phone, safe and mini-bar.

Two Presidential Suites with balcony are located on the Promenade Deck, two Junior Suite Cabins are located on the Main Deck and 30 Standard Cabins are located over all four decks.

The Journey

The carefully prepared itinerary includes all the highlights between Luxor and Aswan, with guided excursions by the country's most experienced Egyptologists. For most cruises, overnighting in Luxor, Aswan or Cairo at the start or end of your trip is advised, and we can happily organise all the accommodation and transfers for you.

Facilities & Services

The public areas of this 66 metre cruiser offer stylish and decorative furnishings. Sunbathe on the spacious Sun and Promenade Decks and take a dip in the small swimming pool. Enjoy a refreshing drink in the outdoor bar, lounge or patio bar and enjoy the excellent cuisine in the restaurant.. In-cabin dining is also available. Internet access is available throughout the cruise at an extra charge, as well as access to the fleet physician. A multi-lingual library and games room, small gym, laundry facilities, souvenir and gift shop are also to be found on board.

Weather & Seasons

Egypt has year-round sun, and almost no rain. Daytime temperatures range from pleasantly warm in the winter to very hot in the summer. Northerly cities such as Cairo and Alexandria are generally about 5ºC cooler than southerly areas such as Aswan and Abu Simbel.

Getting Here

Departures are from Luxor or Aswan. To reach the docks, we recommend flying from Cairo to either destination. To Luxor it's an hour, and to Aswan it's 90 minutes. There are several daily flights, so there's no need to stay overnight in Cairo unless you wish to.
