Ground Floor: Large open plan sitting room with dining area and fireplace opening to terrace, plus a further sitting room with fire place opening to terrace; cloakroom, utility room and sleek, contemporary kitchen; master double bedroom suite, opening to terrace, with bathroom en suite and separate shower with twin basins and walk in wardrobe; three further double bedrooms (can be twin), all with en suite showers and opening on to gardens or terrace. Lower Ground Floor: double bedroom suite (can be twin) with walk in wardrobe opening to terrace with bathroom en suite, separate shower and twin basin, with sitting room with TV and sofa bed; games room with table tennis, table football, small billiards table and 70" TV and bar area; gym; cloakroom; shower room. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the games room.
Facilities
Private swimming pool 12m x 7m, 1m to 2.2m deep, jacuzzi, pool towels, pool bar, BBQ, fire pit, two al fresco dining spots, lounge terrace. Kitchen has American fridge/freezer, two dishwashers, hob, oven, microwave and wine fridge. For entertainment, there's wifi throughout, Bose surround sound, Apple TV, DVD player. The villa comes with 6 paddle boards, bikes, kayaks and a trampoline (set in the ground).
Villa Rental Includes
Varies depending on dates (as to hours and number of days per week) but broadly includes cook service for breakfast daily, lunch most days and dinner three times per week. Cost of food not included. Maid service 7 days per week from mid-June to end August. Champagne and canapes on arrival; fresh flowers on arrival.
Neighbourhood
Pathway leads directly to a beach below the house, further beaches are within walking distance along cliff path. Beach restaurant at Evaristo (5 min walk). Shops, restaurants, tennis and water sports in Galé (1km). VILA Joya Michelin star restaurant (1km) and Golf Salgados (1km).

Mediterranean climate. Warm and sunny from Spring to Autumn, with temperatures around 30°C during July and August.
Getting Here
2 hours and 45 minutes flying time to Faro from London, followed by an easy 40 minute drive to the villa.
